Hello! My name is Nicolle and I am 24 years old. I am a wife of a wonderful husband who is my biggest supporter. I have a stepson who is 9 years old and a son who is a year old. Together, we put God in the center of everything. I strive to create a warm and cozy home by cooking home made meals, gardening, and baking.
We live in a small town in Wisconsin. We moved into our home just 2 years ago. It is a 1880’s home that has been renovated but still has bits of character.
We live on 2 acres with two dogs, a bunny and 13 chickens.
Fun Facts about me:
- My husband and I got married and had a kid within 3 years of our first date.
- I graduated with a social work degree
- You’ll find me curled up on the couch every Sunday after church, watching football.
- I love to weight lift.
- My husband and I have a 13-year age gap!
My reason for creating my blog.
I wanted to start this blog to hopefully bring a few people along with me who are in the same season of life: being a new mom, a believer in God, and a woman who wants to create a warm home. I want to share my experiences and what I am learning in hopes to serve and help you along the journey. I like to be minimalistic and save money everywhere I can, so you will see a lot of that in my content as well!
